Following is the Job Description for Assistant Manager Health and Safety:

- To assist Manager, Corporate H&S; to maintain H&S; policies & procedures, relevant Safety & Environmental standards, prepare Environmental procedure to comply Indian Statuary & Legal requirements




- To manage H&S; data analysis, report preparation & reporting
- To assist & coordinate to implement Chemical Management programs, Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) program, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standard
- Design, initiate & manage various Chemical & Hazardous Waste management projects
- To assist Manager, Corporate H&S; for incident investigation, root cause analysis, investigation report & Lesson Learning preparation
- Coordinate & conduct internal Safety & Environmental audits, inspections and monitor timely closure of recommended CAPA.
- To liaison & technical mentoring for members of local H&S; teams
- To assist Manager, Corporate HSE for designing and promoting various Safety & Environmental promotional programs
- Ensure effective & smart communication in English at all levels; written & spoken words
