We have an urgent openings for the position of Regional Manager-Group Business in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.

Job Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire retirement fund business from corporate clients in key, mega, and PSU segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in MNCs, Indian companies, banks, and public sector organizations.
- Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities within Group Fund products.
- Generate qualified leads for other LOBs like Group Term Insurance, Group Fund and NPS, to support cross-selling efforts,
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the region.
- To ensure the team identifies and builds relationships with key influencers & decision makers, influencers etc
- Lay down transparent sales stage development plan for every customer with the respective sales resource by ensuring every minute details being adhered to.
