Role: Chief of Staff - Strategy

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support to MD:-

- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Managing Director.
- Support the MD in business planning, strategy formulation, and execution.
- Prepare executive dashboards, business reviews, board presentations, and strategic reports.
- Track and monitor key decisions, action items, and organizational priorities. Project & Portfolio Management:-
- Lead enterprise-wide project and portfolio governance.
- Monitor project milestones, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Establish project management frameworks, governance mechanisms, and performance metrics.

Cross-Functional Leadership:-

- Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D;, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT functions.
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate resolution of cross-functional challenges and escalations. Business Excellence & Transformation:-
- Lead special projects, operational excellence initiatives, and transformation programs.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational effectiveness.
- Support change management initiatives across the organization.

- Develop dashboards and KPI tracking mechanisms.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide insights to leadership.
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies :-

- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Project Management tools, and business analytics.

Experience Required:

- 12+ years of Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare industry.
- Experience managing large-scale strategic projects and transformation programs.
- Experience of working in pharmaceutical manufacturing, R&D;, regulatory, or commercial operations.
- Experience working closely with CXO-level leadership.
