Senior Engineer (Automation)

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our client to build and scale a next-generation healthcare data platform. This role involves developing high-quality systems, contributing to architecture, and improving performance and reliability.

About the Role: Must Have Technical Competencies

- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath/ Automation Anywhere/ Blue Prism/ AutomationEdge or equivalent.

- Strong experience in Java/ Selenium/ Playwright/ Test Automation or software development.

- Experience working with REST APIs, Web Services, Integrations, and Databases.

- Strong understanding of automation development best practices, debugging, and deployment.

- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and source code management.

Must Have Non-Technical Competencies

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

- Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.

- Focus on quality, standardization, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and design automation solutions.

- Develop, test, deploy, and support automation workflows independently.

- Build scalable and maintainable automation solutions following best practices.

- Integrate automation workflows with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.





- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and delivery timelines.

- Mentor and support junior engineers and developers.

- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (B.E., B.Tech., BCA, MCA, B.Sc., M.Sc.).

- 3 5 years of experience in RPA, Automation, Software Development, or Test Automation.

- Proven experience in developing and delivering enterprise automation solutions.

- Strong technical foundation with the ability to work independently on automation projects.

Good to Have

- Certifications in UiPath/ Automation Anywhere/ Blue Prism/ Any other RPA tool

- Experience with OCR, Document Processing, Workflow Automation, and Process Optimization.

- Exposure to AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, or Cognitive Automation solutions.

- Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.
