Senior Consultant-National-Assurance-ASU - CCaSS - CCaSS Services - Mumbai Your key responsibilities

- CSR Grant Management:
- Support the clients CSR team in end-to-end CSR grant lifecycle management
- Track utilization, performance, and outcomes of CSR-funded programs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for effective program execution

- NGO Evaluation & Partner Management:

- Identify and evaluate potential NGO partners and CSR projects
- Conduct due diligence and ensure alignment with annual CSR strategy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the Companies Act 2013
- Monitor performance of implementing partners

- Reporting & Analytics:

- Develop high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership forums
- Prepare materials for Board and Presidents Council meetings
- Generate periodic insights on CSR program performance and impact

- Compliance & Governance:

- Provide guidance on adherence to applicable CSR regulations and internal policies
- Ensure all CSR activities meet governance and statutory reporting requirements




- Maintain documentation and audit readiness

- Stakeholder Engagement & Reviews:

- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports
- Lead and participate in quarterly review meetings to present updates and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and NGO partners

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- Master of Business Administration
- Master of Public Health

Experience

- Proven experience in CSR, sustainability, or similar roles
