Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Experience: 12 15 years in CNC machine maintenance.

Job Purpose

Lead electrical, electronics and automation maintenance for CNC shop to maximize machine availability, reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- CNC Machine Electrical Troubleshooting
- Manage preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot Siemens 828D/840D CNC controls, PLCs, servo drives, HMIs and VFDs.
- Industrial Sensors, Encoders and Feedback Systems
- Lead RCA, reduce downtime and improve OEE, MTBF and MTTR.
- Maintain substations, LT panels, transformers, compressors, cranes and utilities.
- Manage maintenance team, shifts, training and contractor activities.
- Control critical spare inventory and maintenance budget.
- Coordinate with OEMs for complex troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Ensure LOTO, electrical safety and statutory compliance.
- Support ISO/IMS/customer audits and maintain maintenance records.
