Position: Sales Head Personal and Home Care

Location: Mumbai

Industry: Personal and Home Care

Educational Qualification: M.Sc Biotechnology, Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and create business opportunities in the Personal and Home Care industries on a Pan India basis.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate sales for raw material and other specialty chemicals.
- Identifying new Supplier partners to develop the business.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve business grawth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams for technical support, product development, and customer service.
- Lead business development initiatives and identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Drive technical sales presentations and provide product knowledge to clients.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.




- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the sales team for future grawth.

Key Skills Required:

- Proven track record in technical sales within the Personal and Home Care industries.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of specialty chemicals and raw material.
- Ability to develop business from scratch and work independently.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing Pan India business operations.
- Strong client relationship management and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and create new business opportunities.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in sales of raw material and other specialty chemicals in Personal and Home Care industries. Educational qualification in
