Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and passionate Nursing Trainer to deliver theoretical knowledge and practical skills training to nursing students trainees The trainer will be responsible for developing lesson plans conducting classroom and clinical sessions mentoring students and ensuring that they are equipped with the required professional competencies to perform effectively in healthcare settings Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom lectures demonstrations and practical sessions in nursing subjects Train students in clinical procedures patient care techniques and hospital protocols Prepare lesson plans training materials and assessments based on the curriculum Supervise students during clinical postings internships and lab practice Evaluate student performance through assignments tests and practical examinations Provide individual mentoring and guidance to students to strengthen weak areas Stay updated with the latest nursing practices medical advancements and training methods Ensure compliance with institutional standards nursing council guidelines and healthcare regulations Maintain accurate training records attendance and performance reports of students Collaborate with healthcare institutions and hospitals for clinical exposure and training Qualifications Requirements B Sc Nursing M Sc Nursing Diploma in Nursing with valid registration Solid knowledge of nursing practices medical terminology and patient care standards Excellent communication presentation and mentoring skills Ability to handle both classroom and practical clinical training effectively Commitment to professional ethics continuous learning and student development Skills Required Clinical expertise in nursing procedures Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using digital tools and presentations for teaching Ability to engage and motivate students Patience empathy and a student-centered approach Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
