1 Day to day confirmation on the shift status from all the units in his respective area 2 Ensure no vacancies and avoid continuations to the maximum 3 Ensure the attendance of guards by physically checking their respective posts to confirm their physical presence and confirm as per the agreed terms with the client 4 Maintain standby guards for every assignment get them introduced to the client for approval to be deployed in case of any absenteeism or emergencies 5 Get the monthly leave plans and off duties plan from every unit in the given format and plan for the replacements accordingly to avoid leaving the posts vacant and continuation of duties 6 Day and night patrolling the assignments to ensure the alertness of guards 7 While visiting the assignments ensure client approved Site and Post instructions are available at all posts and all guards are adhering to the instructions 8 Ensure that the documentation work done by the security are correct and as per the given Site Instructions by the client 9 Regularly meet the client to know about his concerns if any and time to time instructions to be conveyed to the guards 10 Respond to any emergency calls immediately to assist the client 11 Attend to Roll calls frequently to ensure that the guards are presentable in their uniforms communicate any information from the client or IPF office to all the guards and to hear the grievances of the guards if any 12 Regularly check for the validity of Staff ID cards and arrange for renewal if the cards are expired 13 Organize for timely replacement of old and worn out uniforms and collect the required uniforms or accessories from the office store to be delivered to the guards if they are far from the office 14 Collect and submit the attendance to HR desk as per the schedule given 15 Submit the deduction details of all guards in his area before given deadline 16 Submit salary hold details if any on time before the salary date 17 Submission of invoices with required attachments and regular payment follow ups with the client 18 Submit daily shift reports and any other reports of important nature from the field to the Operations Head 19 Maintain biodata of all the guards at the branch office 20 Assist in recruitment of manpower whenever required by the company client 21 Assist in the development of the branch by bringing new sales leads of potential clients Job Type Full-time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
