Job Title IT Systems Infrastructure Administrator Location Hyderabad Telangana India Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems Infrastructure Administrator to oversee and maintain our organizations on-premises IT infrastructure This role involves managing servers network systems and other in-house IT facilities to ensure optimal performance security and reliability The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system and network administration with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and infrastructure management Key Responsibilities Server and Network Management Oversee and maintain physical and virtualservers configure network devices like routers switches and firewalls and monitor network performance to ensure minimal downtime System Administration Administer and update operating systems Windows Linux manage core services such as Active Directory DNS and DHCP and implement regular system backups and disaster recovery plans Security and Compliance Implement best practices to secure IT infrastructure monitor systems for vulnerabilities apply necessary patches and updates and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards User Support and Training Provide technical support to staff resolve hardware software issues train users on current technologies and IT policies and manage user accounts and access permissions Documentation and Reporting Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures generate reports on system performance security incidents and maintenance activities Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field 5 years proven experience as a System Administrator Network Administrator or similar role Strong knowledge of network protocols server hardware and virtualization technologies Familiarity with backup and recovery tools and disaster recovery planning Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Relevant certifications e g MCSA CCNA CompTIA Server are a plus Preferred Skills Hands-on experience in managing IT-infrastructure Routers Firewalls etc Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash Familiarity with monitoring tools and IT service management frameworks Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 66 666 00 - 83 333 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
