We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid channels The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ROI-focused campaigns and achieving measurable growth Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta Facebook Instagram Ads YouTube LinkedIn and other digital platforms Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better ROI CPL CPA ROAS Conduct A B testing on creatives landing pages and audience segments Manage campaign budgets and ensure best utilisation for maximum results Monitor and report campaign performance through analytics tools Google Analytics Tag Manager etc Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce effective ad copies creatives Research market trends competitors and audience insights to enhance campaign strategy Track lead funnel performance coordinate with sales team for quality lead generation Prepare weekly monthly performance reports and dashboards Skills Requirements Proven experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Ad Campaign Management Strong knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Remarketing Conversion Tracking Skilled in using Google Analytics Google Tag Manager UTM tracking and Data Studio Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics Basic understanding of landing page optimisation funnel marketing and automation tools Certification in Google Ads Facebook Blueprint is a plus Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
