HR Sales operations executive About BillingFast BillingFast is on a mission to simplify and speed up billing for businesses We re building tools that make managing invoices payments and financial workflows seamless fast and reliable As a growing startup our people are our biggest strength and we want someone who can help us hire support and manage the team while also keeping our sales engine sharp What You ll Do HR People Operations Manage the full recruitment process sourcing screening and onboarding Handle employee lifecycle tasks onboarding training engagement and exits Keep HR processes payroll and compliance smooth and organized Be the go-to person for team culture motivation and day-to-day people support Sales Team Support QA Track and monitor sales team s daily activities calls and target achievements Audit sales calls CRM updates and follow-ups to ensure quality and consistency Identify performance gaps and share feedback with team leads Support sales in hitting daily weekly targets by ensuring accountability Operations Coordination Act as the link between management and the sales team for updates and reporting Organize reviews training sessions and team check-ins Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of both HR and sales processes What We re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in HR with exposure to recruitment onboarding or people ops Bonus if you ve supported sales teams or handled sales operations before Strong organizational and communication skills Proactive detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup workplace Why Join Us Be part of a fast-growing startup where your role directly impacts culture and sales performance Get exposure to both HR and Sales Operations building a unique career path Work closely with founders and core teams growing as the company scales Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
