We are hiring a skilled and passionate Cyber security Researcher Trainer with 1-3 years of experience in penetration testing security research and training delivery The candidate must have hands-on expertise in Web Mobile API and Network Pen testing along with foundational knowledge of SOC operations This role involves a mix of technical research penetration testing content creation and training for students and professionals Key Responsibilities 1 Security Research Penetration Testing Perform penetration testing on web apps APIs mobile apps and networks Conduct reconnaissance vulnerability analysis exploitation and reporting Develop scripts PoCs and automation tools for testing 2 Training Mentoring Deliver interactive training sessions workshops and hands-on labs Prepare course materials presentations CTF challenges and real-world scenarios 3 SOC Blue Team Exposure Demonstrate understanding of SIEM SOC workflows and incident response Create and explain SIEM dashboards alerts and threat detection techniques 4 Documentation Reporting Prepare professional penetration testing reports with remediation guidance Maintain detailed documentation for research training modules and methodologies Required Technical Skills Pen testing Skills Web Application Security API Security Testing Mobile Application Pen testing Network Pen testing Tools Technologies Burp Suite Nmap Metasploit Wireshark Frida Drozer MobSF JADX Postman or API testing tools Bloodhound Any C2 Mimikatz CME Linux OS and basic scripting Python Bash Vulnerability scanners and report writing SOC Blue Team Skills SIEM tools Wazuh ELK Splunk etc IDS IPS Snort Suricata Log analysis and incident triage fundamentals Preferred Certifications CEH CRTA CRTP eJPT Security BSCP Any additional cybersecurity certifications are a plus Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT Cybersecurity or equivalent practical experience Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Ability to commute relocate Ernakulam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Diploma Preferred Experience Cybersecurity 1 year Required Language English Preferred Work Location In person
