MOKSH Academy is seeking a Student Success Team Coordinator to guide MBBS students through their preparation for global medical licensing exams USMLE Next PLAB and other skill-development programs The role involves academic monitoring student engagement parent communication and coordination with mentors to ensure consistent student progress Key Responsibilities Track student attendance assignment completion and weekly test performance Maintain academic progress dashboards and flag deviations Coordinate with AMA Mentors for doubt resolutions and improvement plans Conduct regular student parent interactions to review performance and address concerns Motivate students ensure participation and provide academic emotional support Maintain accurate student records and support internal academic operations Skills Qualifications Solid communication skills English required Hindi regional languages preferred Empathy patience and ability to counsel students Basic understanding of the MBBS curriculum preferred Good organizational and data-management skills Bachelor s degree experience in academic coordination or student support preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
