Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our jewellery manufacturing and retail business The candidate will be responsible for managing supply chain activities production processes team coordination vendor management and ensuring operational efficiency across departments Key Responsibilities Production Management Supervise and streamline jewellery manufacturing operations Ensure timely production of orders with adherence to quality standards Coordinate with design CAD and QC teams to ensure workflow efficiency Inventory Supply Chain Oversee inventory management stock movement and procurement Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure accurate records of raw materials and finished goods Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery and negotiate rates Retail Order Management Ensure smooth operations in showroom or retail outlets if applicable Track customer orders from production to final delivery Resolve any operational or delivery issues swiftly Team Leadership Coordination Manage and supervise staff across departments production logistics admin etc Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Leave encashment Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
