The Chairman s Butler will provide high-level personalized service to the Chairman in both professional and personal settings This role requires discretion attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Chairman to ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of hospitality Ensure all office areas reception conference rooms break rooms etc are clean and well-maintained Organize and replenish office and pantry supplies as needed Welcome and guide visitors or clients as they enter the office Assist with visitor sign-in procedures and ensure security protocols are followed Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including specialty coffees and teas tailored to the Chairman s and guests preferences Maintain a high level of service ensuring personalized and prompt attention to the Chairman and VIP guests Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment ensuring cleanliness and efficiency Adhere to hygiene and safety standards while maintaining an elegant and professional coffee service area Coordinate with the executive office team to ensure seamless service during meetings and special events Assist with light snack or beverage pairing recommendations as required Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions within the Chairman s office Website - www aspect global Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Work Location In person
