Role Overview We are looking for a motivated intern from an interior design background who can assist our team by speaking with clients collecting feedback understanding challenges during the project process and ensuring high-quality customer experience The ideal candidate should have good communication skills a polite approach and the ability to understand basic interior project stages to support clients effectively Key Responsibilities Connect with clients over phone calls to gather feedback on ongoing or completed interior projects Understand any challenges or dissatisfaction in the process and escalate them to the concerned department Maintain a record of client communications suggestions and issue logs Follow up on open client concerns until resolved Share periodic reports with the team on feedback trends client satisfaction and improvement areas Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams when required Requirements Background in Interior Design Degree Diploma preferable Strong communication and telephone etiquette Ability to understand basic interior execution processes Comfortable speaking with clients in a skilled manner Basic MS Excel Google Sheets skills for reporting Self-disciplined organized and able to work independently from home Who Can Apply Freshers or students in interior design looking for internship experience Candidates interested in building client communication and project coordination skills Job Type Internship Pay 5 000 00 - 7 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location In person
