Position Title Head Architect - Della Township Location Mumbai Lonavala Frequent Travel Required Department Architecture Design Reports To Director - Design Development Position Overview The Head of Architects will lead the architectural vision planning and execution of all projects within Della Townships including luxury township developments villas and master planning This role requires strategic leadership technical expertise and a strong design sensibility to deliver high-end innovative and sustainable architectural solutions in line with the company s brand ethos Key Responsibilities 1 Architectural Leadership Strategy Lead and manage the in-house architectural team and coordinate with external consultants Define design guidelines quality standards and architectural principles for township and luxury projects Ensure alignment of all architectural designs with brand aesthetics functional requirements and statutory norms 2 Project Planning Execution Oversee conceptual design schematic development and final construction drawings GFCs Review and approve master plans layouts working drawings and detailed drawings for residential commercial and public spaces within the township Conduct periodic site visits to Lonavala for design supervision quality checks and coordination with project teams 3 Municipal Regulatory Coordination Liaise with municipal authorities for approvals permissions and compliance with local building regulations Ensure timely submission of drawings and documents as per municipal requirements 4 Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with MEP structural landscape and interior teams to ensure seamless integration of all design elements Work closely with project management and construction teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution 5 Innovation Sustainability Integrate sustainable design principles green building practices and recent materials into township planning Stay updated on global architectural trends and adapt them to local context Job Expectations Required Skills Proven experience in large-scale township or luxury residential projects Strong understanding of municipal by-laws building codes and township planning regulations Proficiency in design software AutoCAD Revit SketchUp etc Excellent leadership team management and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-project environment with frequent travel Minimum Qualification Bachelor s Master s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution Minimum Job Experience Minimum 12-15 years of architectural experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role Reporting to CMD Travel Travelling Required
