RADISE India is a dynamic and exciting place to work with a focus on smart infrastructure As a medium-sized engineering and construction business based in the United States we have a range of projects and challenges for our employees to work on RADISE is seeking a Proposal Coordinator Writer to join in Hyderabad and participate on a wide variety of IT Staffing Proposals Responsibilities include Manages the analysis of RFP documents to understand requirements and formulates questions for client clarification Creates a basic compliance matrix and schedule outlining the entire proposal process from initiation to delivery Participates in writing non-technical sections of the proposal such as project descriptions resumes team qualifications and various management plans Collaborates with Contracts to ensure all financial and legal requirements as well as proposal forms are addressed per RFQ RFP guidelines Develops a foundational understanding of all requirements specified in the RFQ RFP documents Produces initial and final versions of proposal documents ensuring responsiveness to the RFP accuracy and basic quality Focuses on document layout for clear visual presentation Conducts a basic quality check of the final printed proposal documents ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and adherence to the Three C s of proposal development compelling compliant comprehensive Qualification Any Degree Prior experience in Proposal writing Experience in the IT Staffing proposals for State County Local in US Excellent organization time management skills to meet strict deadlines Excellent use of the English language strong writing skills and an ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced setting Competent in Microsoft Office software Word Excel and PowerPoint
