About Us As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries coordinating sales activities conducting product demos and assisting in the smooth execution of sales processes You will act as the key point of contact for clients ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about our data solutions and services This role requires excellent communication skills a strong customer service orientation and proficiency in sales software Key Responsibilities Manage client communications and follow-ups Utilize sales management software CRM systems to manage customer interactions track leads update sales data and generate reports Ensure the sales database is accurate and up to date Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients Address any concerns or issues that arise post-sale ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention Maintain and update CRM records Prepare sales reports presentations and documents MS Office Google Workspace Prepare invoice proforma and tax invoices accurately and timely Assist sales team in tracking targets and performance Coordinate schedules meetings and sales documentation Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination or related roles Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Google Workspace Sheets Docs Working knowledge of CRM software Sophisticated professional and confident in client handling Strong client-facing skills with a customer-first attitude Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions Interested Candidates can share their CVs to (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s What s your Current salary What s your Expected Salary Work Location In person
