Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Manager for our designer retail store The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end inventory operations maintaining accurate stock records coordinating with the sales and purchase teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day stock management using inventory software and computer systems Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and timely records of stock inward outward and transfers Update daily stock entries using inventory management or stock software Ensure proper tagging coding and storage of all merchandise Monitor stock levels and plan timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking Coordinate with the sales team to reconcile sold items with stock records Conduct regular physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies Generate daily weekly and monthly stock reports using Excel Maintain vendor-wise and item-wise stock data Prevent stock loss damage or pilferage through strict inventory controls Support store operations by ensuring accurate stock availability for sales and display Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2-4 years of experience in stock or inventory management retail designer store preferred Robust computer knowledge including MS Excel MS Word and basic email handling Proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP XLOOKUP Pivot Tables and stock reconciliation formats Working knowledge of inventory stock management software Ability to prepare and analyze stock reports High level of accuracy attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in fashion apparel or designer lifestyle stores Familiarity with barcode systems and SKU management Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
