The Staff Nurse Intern will work under the supervision of senior nursing staff to gain practical exposure in patient care The internship program is designed to provide hands-on training in clinical practices hospital protocols and patient management in a multi-specialty hospital setting Key Responsibilities Assist senior nurses in providing bedside care to patients hygiene comfort mobility feeding support Monitor and record vital signs temperature pulse blood pressure respiration Support in administering prescribed medications under supervision Assist in preparing and maintaining patient case sheets and nursing records Learn and assist in wound dressing IV line care catheterization and other basic procedures Accompany and assist patients during diagnostic investigations lab radiology Provide support during emergency and critical care situations Maintain cleanliness and safety in wards including infection control protocols Handle wheelchairs stretchers and patient shifting with care Communicate courteously with patients relatives and healthcare staff Learning Outcomes Gain practical exposure to hospital-based nursing care Understand hospital workflow and multidisciplinary teamwork Develop patient interaction and communication skills Learn clinical documentation and record-keeping Exposure to emergency and ICU protocols Eligibility Criteria Final-year B Sc Nursing GNM students OR recently qualified nurses awaiting registration Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care Good communication skills and willingness to learn Duration 3-6 months depending on hospital policy Stipend Benefits Monthly stipend if applicable as per hospital norms Free meals during duty hours Internship completion certificate Opportunity for absorption as Staff Nurse on successful completion Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 20 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
