Job Title Industrial Relations IR Executive Officer Location Amritsar Industry Textile Manufacturing CTC Offered Upto 5 LPA Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Industrial Relations IR professional to join our team in the textile industry The candidate will be responsible for handling employee relations compliance grievance management and ensuring smooth coordination between management and workers unions Key Responsibilities Maintain healthy industrial relations within the organization and ensure smooth communication between management and employees Handle grievances disputes and employee issues effectively ensuring timely resolution Manage disciplinary actions domestic inquiries and other IR-related processes Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws Factories Act ID Act Payment of Wages ESI PF etc Liaise with government authorities labor departments and external agencies as required Support management in negotiations with unions and worker representatives Maintain updated records of IR activities labor law compliance and employee documentation Conduct regular employee engagement and welfare activities to promote a positive workplace culture Assist in policy formulation implementation and continuous improvement in IR practices Required Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of labor laws compliance and statutory requirements Good negotiation communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee issues Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining reports Qualification Experience Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Labor Welfare Industrial Relations or related field 2-5 years of experience in IR preferably in the textile manufacturing sector Exposure to handling union matters will be an added advantage Share your CV at info naari network Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 700 000 00 per year Application Question s Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Work Location In person
