Description Highly skilled and experienced Appian Technical Lead to spearhead the design development and implementation of Appian-based business process management BPM solutions Guide the architecture and delivery of scalable high-performance applications while mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to best practices Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design development and deployment of Appian BPM applications Collaborate with business analysts stakeholders and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles Define best practices for coding testing and deployment within the Appian ecosystem Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers Troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring high application availability and performance Integrate Appian applications with external systems using Web APIs Web Services and other integration mechanisms Prepare technical documentation including solution architecture technical design and support guides Stay updated with Appian product enhancements and advocate for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field 8-10 years of overall software development experience with 6 years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM Proven experience as a technical lead in Appian-based projects Appian Level 2 or 3 certification is preferred Strong understanding of Appian architecture design patterns and best practices Experience with Appian plug-ins CDT design process modeler records reports and sites Knowledge of relational databases SQL and integration techniques REST SOAP APIs Robust analytical problem-solving and communication skills Good to Have Skills Experience with Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban Exposure to DevOps tools and CI CD pipelines Familiarity with Appian RPA Appian AI and Appian Process Mining is a plus
