Job Title Volunteer Brigade Coordinator Location Based in Mulund with frequent Pan-India travel Organization Utkarsh Global Foundation Organization Overview Utkarsh Global Foundation is a national non-profit organization committed to social welfare in collaboration with government bodies Our key focus areas include environmental protection animal welfare women s empowerment social justice and disaster preparedness Active across Maharashtra Tamil Nadu Punjab Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh our mission is to create a better world for all living beings Job Overview We are seeking a vibrant and organized individual to lead our Volunteer Brigade a growing community of passionate changemakers In this role you ll be responsible for managing volunteer engagement across multiple programs and geographies while traveling across India to lead on-ground activations community events and grassroots campaigns If you thrive in dynamic environments love people and want to make real-world impact this role is made for you Key Responsibilities Volunteer Management Engagement Recruit onboard and train volunteers from diverse backgrounds and regions Build meaningful connections with volunteers and ensure smooth communication Maintain a structured database of volunteer profiles and contributions Program Coordination Travel Coordinate and execute volunteering activities across Utkarsh s program sites in multiple cities states Travel Pan-India to support on-ground logistics conduct training sessions and lead engagement events Represent Utkarsh during campaigns community mobilizations and partner events Culture Recognition Organize regular appreciation initiatives certificates awards social media shoutouts Build a strong volunteer culture through storytelling bonding activities and mentorship Reporting Impact Track and report volunteer hours outcomes and success stories Support internal documentation and impact reports Who We re Looking For Degree in Social Work HR Event Management Public Relations Development Studies or equivalent 0-3 years of relevant experience experience in grassroots volunteering or mobilization is a plus Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively across India mandatory Excellent communication and people-handling skills Energetic hands-on adaptable to different field conditions and cultures Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Application Question s What is your Current CTC What is your Expected CTC What is your Notice Period What is your Location Are you open to travel when required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
