Rejlers International Engineering Solutions is a trusted provider of high-quality engineering and project services We have been present in Abu Dhabi UAE for over 15 years Operating from our regional headquarters in Abu Dhabi City and with an own office in Navi Mumbai India we support a wide range of operations across the region Specializing in the Oil Gas Refining Petrochemical Chemical and Renewable Energy industries as well as Industrial Infrastructure such as Buildings and Structures Power Distribution and Telecommunications we serve clients throughout the UAE and the Arabian Gulf Our strong track record in Industrial Digitization and AI solutions reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence With a parent company boasting more than 80 years of engineering expertise we are proud to bring Nordic engineering heritage to the region blending cutting-edge technology with a longstanding tradition of quality and reliability We are now looking for Instrumentation Controls Engineer to execute projects and support bids in Navi Mumbai India Reports To The Instrumentation Controls Engineer reports to the Head of Discipline Instrumentation Control Responsibilities and Duties To assist engineers design manager discipline Manager for the engineering design of the project Ensure verification of source data concept drawings concepts as required Prepare and nalize the engineering document deliverable register EDDR in coordination with all relevant department discipline submission date as per Client Contract requirements Preparation of all instrument automation related design deliverables through MS-office Smart plant tools SPI AUTOCAD Micro-station and calculation tools like Instrucalc flowel etc Prepare review the design outputs in the form of design computations drawings and specification Review of design document drawings etc issued by various disciplines design subcontractor and ensure Client s approval Responsible to ensure approval of all submitted documents and drawings and necessary coordination with Client Overall responsible for inter discipline coordination submission of necessary design documents deliverables and procedures to the Client Participate HAZOP SIL Study for the design has been carried out in accordance to the requirements Ensure compliance to Laws and Statutory Regulations Authority Health Safety Workplace and Quality Requirements for the project Responsible to ensure unclear issues are resolved with Client through technical query in coordination with inter discipline leads managers In coordination with procurement department ensure that procurement inputs required for design has been obtained from vender and forwarded to the design subcontractor Participation of FAT Coordinate for the preparation of as built Ensure compliance with Health Safety Energy Environment objectives Qualifications Bachelor s degree in engineering Instrumentation with 12 years minimum Oil Gas experience ADNOC experience will be advantageous Good verbal as well written communication skills leadership and coordination analytic and pro-active approach competence in the Oil Gas Petrochemical and Chemical Industries Knowledge of industry-specific software such as AutoCAD Navisworks and other computer-aided design tools Fluent in the English language Shares the company values of teamwork transparency honesty and equality Team player hardworking problem solver and has a can-do attitude Our work is guided by our vision Home of the learning minds We believe in continuous learning and development We want to succeed both as individuals and as a company through a common goal success through continuous learning Do you want to join us Please apply at once as we proceed with suitable candidates as soon as possible Submit your application CV and salary expectation latest by 25th October 2025
