Housekeeping Cleaner Job Summary The Housekeeping Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces in the hotel This role requires attention to detail physical stamina and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Key Responsibilities 1 Guest Room Cleaning Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards 2 Public Area Maintenance Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies corridors and amenities 3 Laundry Collect sort and deliver linens to designated areas 4 Supply Management Restock cleaning supplies and amenities as needed 5 Equipment Maintenance Maintain and report any issues with cleaning equipment Requirements 1 Education Basic literacy and numeracy skills 2 Experience Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar establishment desirable 3 Skills Attention to detail physical stamina and ability to work independently Performance Metrics 1 Cleanliness Standards Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization 2 Efficiency Complete tasks efficiently and effectively 3 Guest Satisfaction Ensure guest satisfaction through clean and well-maintained areas Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Work Location In person
