Key Responsibilities Prepare update and maintain accurate Bills of Materials BOMs based on project and client requirements Coordinate with internal departments design production marketing and external clients to gather inputs and clarify requirements Incorporate feedback and make necessary BOM changes or iterations as per project development stages Create 2D line drawings using CAD software as required for supporting BOM documentation Maintain and organize BOM-related data and records in a structured and easily retrievable manner Utilize advanced MS Excel functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros etc for data handling reporting and analysis Ensure accuracy consistency and completeness of all data in BOMs and related documents Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering 1-2 years of hands-on experience in preparing and managing BOMs in a manufacturing or design environment Proficiency in 2D CAD software AutoCAD or similar Strong working knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel Valuable communication skills for effective coordination with teams and clients Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Expected Start Date 03 10 2025
