Job Title: Senior Chief Manager Strategic Alliances (Life Insurance Business (B2B))

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3 - 10 Years

Job Responsibilities:-

- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for Corporate Agency partnership tie-up with Banks, NBFC, MFI, Government and Financial Institutions and distribution partners.
- Achieve assigned new acquisition targets for Corporate Agent tie-ups and Group Credit Life, Credit Life tie ups.
- Develop strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, MFI, Corporate Agents and Insurance Brokers.
- Conduct regular partner engagement activities, and joint calls
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and finding other LOBs (Line of Businesses).
- Understand partners need and gap area to provide timely proposals and customized solutions.
- Track competitor offerings, pricing trends,



and regulatory updates impacting retail (Corporate Agency) and group (MPH) insurance.
- Coordinate with Actuarial, Agency / Group operations, and other departments for new partners on-boarding and documentation.
- Maintain accurate MIS, forecasts, and reporting.
