Role : The project manager - EPCM ( Project duration 24-30 months - Extendable if required)

He will lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver medium & large process plant projects safely, on-time & within budget, acting as single point of contact for the client from concept through commissioning. You will drive planning, engineering, co-ordination, procurement assistance, construction management support & pre commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to contractual, technical, quality & HSE requirements.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead & own the full project life cycle, feasibility, pre-project planning, basic & detailed engineering co-ordination, procurement assistance, construction management support, pre-commissioning & commissioning assistance.

2. Prepare & implement the project execution plan covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, communication, & risk management.

3. Develop & maintain integrated schedules (Level 2/3) & milestones, track progress, identify variances & drive recovery plans where required.

4. Co-ordinate multi-discipline engineering teams (Process, Civil/Structural/Architectural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation) to deliver constructible & secure designs aligned with client specifications & relevant codes/standards.

5. Work closely with the procurement assistance team for preparation of RFQs, technical specifications, bid evaluations,



vendor selection, inspection & expediting for major equipment & packages.

6. Plan interfaces & dependencies between process units, offsites, utilities, pipe racks & existing facilities in brownfield & revamp projects.

7. Act as single-point client interface for all technical & commercial aspects of the project, conduct regular review meetings, manage change requests & ensure proper documentation & approvals.

8. Co-ordinate with licensors & technology partners for technology transfer packages, design data, reviews & resolution of technical issues for licensed unit.

9. Support construction management by providing clarifications, resolving sire queries, monitoring key construction milestones & participating in site progress/HSE/quality reviews.

10. Oversee preparation of project documentation including design basis, key engineering deliverable lists, progress reports, MOMs, project dashboards, risk registers & close-out reports.

11. Ensure implementation of internal quality procedures & ISO-compliant processes throughout the project, & participate in internal/external audits as required

12. Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost optimization, constructability improvements & schedule compression, in consultation with discipline leads & the client.
