Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic Infrastructure Consultant to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and governance of resilient, compliant Data Center and Disaster Recovery (DC-DR) architectures for banking institutions. You will align recovery strategies with business continuity goals while ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Design: Design and evaluate scalable DC-DR architectures (Active-Active, Active-Passive, Hybrid, and Cloud-DR models).
- Strategy & Assessment: Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments to define RTO/RPO objectives and identify infrastructure gaps.
- Execution & Lifecycle: Develop comprehensive DR plans, operational runbooks, and lead simulation drills / failover validation cycles.
- Governance: Produce compliance-aligned DR frameworks,



architecture documentation, and governance policies.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Domain Expertise: Proven experience in DC-DR architecture design specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
- Cloud & Virtualization: Robust technical expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DRaaS, hybrid setups, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Core Infrastructure: Solid understanding of data center operations, storage technologies, network architectures, and replication mechanisms.
- Compliance & Frameworks: Familiarity with banking regulations, data residency rules, and standards like ISO 22301 and ISO 27001.
- Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to lead complex transformation projects.
- Preferred Certifications: CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or Cloud Solutions Architect (AWS/Azure).
