Position: Legal Executive Experience: 13 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including Contracts, NDAs, LOIs, Employment Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, and Real Estate Documents.

- Assist in providing strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on the application of Indian laws to business operations.

- Advise the HR team on employment law-related matters, review employment policies, and assist in employee disputes.

- Handle cross-border data privacy-related queries and inter-company data processing agreements.

- Manage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

- Analyze, draft, and update company policies, procedures, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Manage dispute resolution matters, including legal notices, litigation, and arbitration.

- Draft and review real estate documents, negotiate contract terms, and identify legal risks.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including FEMA, Secretarial, Corporate Governance,



and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) with a strong academic record.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal team or law firm.

- Strong knowledge of Indian laws, including the Contract Act, Data Protection Laws, Company Law, Employment Laws, Property Laws, FEMA, Intellectual Property Laws, Arbitration Act, and Stamp Act.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
