Job Title Email Marketing Executive Specialist Department Marketing Digital Marketing Reporting To Marketing Manager Growth Manager Job Summary We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning creating executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation customer engagement and conversions The role requires strong analytical skills content sense and hands-on experience with email marketing tools Key Responsibilities Plan execute and manage email marketing campaigns promotional transactional drip and automation Create and manage email funnels newsletters and lead-nurturing campaigns Segment email lists based on customer behavior demographics and lifecycle stage Draft compelling email content subject lines CTAs and coordinate with design team Monitor and improve open rates CTRs conversions and deliverability Perform A B testing on subject lines content and layouts Maintain and clean email databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance Ensure compliance with email regulations GDPR CAN-SPAM etc Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for lead handover and campaign alignment Track campaign performance and prepare weekly monthly reports Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field 1-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp HubSpot Zoho Campaigns MoEngage Clevertap or similar Solid understanding of CRM systems and customer journeys Good copywriting and communication skills Basic knowledge of HTML CSS for email templates preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with marketing automation Knowledge of lead scoring and funnel optimization Experience in real estate B2B PropTech SaaS is a plus Familiarity with Google Analytics and email performance dashboards Key Performance Indicators KPIs Open rate click-through rate CTR Lead conversions engagement rate Email deliverability bounce rate Database growth and retention Campaign ROI Job Type Full-time Pay 10 678 02 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
