To oversees the scheduling dispatching and receiving as well as inventory tracking for warehouse and supervise the truck drivers and supervisors The responsibilities for this role are as follows -Responsible and authorized for selection of transporter vehicles Responsible to ensure proper route planning and effective delivery from warehouse Oversee inventory of goods and vehicles Responsible to arrange transportation schedule staff and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little or no delay Responsible for managing the loading of trucks setting up delivery routes and coordinate for unloading of materials at the customer point subsequent to which verify the POD and handover the same to the corresponding person Maintain and manage delivery schedules points and routing of vehicles along with driver s mobile number Managing of delivery documents POD LR invoice E-way bill Maintain own vehicle fleet by completing preventive maintenance requirement and scheduling vehicle service for repairs Communicate coordinate and cooperate with warehouse manager and supervisor The preferred skillsets are -Positive communication Ability to manage warehouse Interpersonal skills Ability to handle contingencies Documentation skills Time management skills Reporting skills The required qualifications are Graduates in any discipline
