Overview The Sales Executives will be responsible for tele calling potential leads and using the provided sales script to convince clients to purchase our immigration consultancy services The Sales Executives will be also responsible for addressing Client s inquiries The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English with the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone While prior experience in sales in a different industry is fine we are open to training individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company The role comes with a 6-monthprobation period that includes training Key Responsibilities Conduct tele calling to potential leads generated from marketing campaigns Memorize and effectively use the sales script to persuade clients to purchase our services Maintain a professional and persuasive tone during conversations Address basic client inquiries and escalate more complex issues when necessary Candidate Requirements Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential Must be a resident of Kolkata Tele calling experience is recommended but not mandatory Ability to memorize and deliver a sales script convincingly Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience over those who have only handled customer service or support roles Should be able to learn and use CRM software The training will be provided Salary and Employment Terms This position comes with a 6-month probationary period during which training will be provided The salary during the probation period will be INR 25 000 There will be no deductions from the salary In addition to the above compensation package employees will receive an incentive of at least 1 250 - INR or more for each successful closing Annual performance incentives will be provided based on individual performance subject to the overall performance of the company Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
