Location Green Park Company Klove Studio Experience 3-6 years About Klove Studio Klove Studio is a design-driven architecture and interior studio specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects We focus on thoughtful design strong execution and seamless client experiences from concept to completion Role Overview We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager CRM with a design architecture background and strong knowledge of civil works The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients designers architects and site teams ensuring clear communication smooth project flow and high client satisfaction Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Understand client requirements budgets and timelines Present design concepts drawings and material selections to clients Manage client expectations and handle queries feedback and revisions professionally Design Technical Coordination Coordinate with architects designers engineers and vendors Review drawings BOQs and specifications with a strong understanding of design intent Ensure design feasibility with respect to civil and site conditions Assist in approvals design sign-offs and documentation Civil Site Knowledge Strong understanding of civil works including structure finishes and execution methods Coordinate with site teams to ensure designs are executed accurately Identify and communicate potential site or execution challenges early Project Process Management Track project progress timelines and deliverables Maintain CRM records client communication logs and documentation Support billing variation orders and change management discussions Required Skills Qualifications Degree Diploma in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering or related field Strong understanding of design principles drawings and civil execution Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to read and understand architectural and civil drawings Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of AutoCAD or design tools is a plus Preferred Qualities Experience working in architecture or interior design studios Client-facing role experience is mandatory Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Ability to balance design sensibility with practical execution Why Join Klove Studio Work on design-focused high-quality projects Collaborative and creative studio environment Chance to grow in both design and client management roles Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Application Question s Must have Design Architecture background Good Knowledge of client handling and team coordination Must have knowledge of Civil work Good in english Work Location In person
