We are looking for a talented and motivated 3D Unreal Artist to join our creative team The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in 3D modeling and animation with a strong proficiency in Unreal Engine and Blender You will play a key role in bringing our projects to life by creating stunning 3D assets and environments Responsibilities Create high-quality 3D models textures and animations for use in Unreal Engine Collaborate with designers and developers to understand project requirements and deliver assets that meet artistic and technical standards Optimize 3D assets for performance and visual quality in real-time applications Work on lighting shading and rendering to achieve desired visual effects Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in 3D art and game development Provide feedback and support to junior artists and assist in their development Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Art Animation Game Design or a related field or equivalent experience 2-3 years of experience as a 3D artist preferably in game development or interactive media Proficiency in Unreal Engine and Blender with a solid portfolio showcasing your work Solid understanding of 3D modeling texturing rigging and animation techniques Familiarity with industry-standard tools and workflows for asset creation and optimization Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing environments and characters Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
