Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Develop new business opportunities and expand market reach in the printing packaging domain Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production technical teams for smooth order execution Monitor market trends competitors and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities Plan and execute marketing strategies promotional activities and client presentations Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance training and support to team members Prepare sales reports forecasts and MIS for management review Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries quotations and order closures Required Skills Competencies Strong communication and negotiation skills Leadership capabilities with experience managing a team Proven sales marketing experience in Printing Packaging adaptable packaging corrugation labels cartons or related Good understanding of printing processes packaging materials and customer segments Result-driven with strong analytical and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field 5-7 years of marketing sales experience in the Printing Packaging industry Minimum 4 years of team-handling experience preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Work Location In person
