We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across professional platforms The role focuses on B2B communication product awareness and brand positioning within the rubber and industrial manufacturing sector Key Responsibilities Create and publish regular posts captions and creatives aligned with the company s branding and B2B tone Design marketing creatives using Canva and Adobe PhotoshopDevelop basic Reels and short-form videos showcasing products processes and applications Ensure strong platform familiarity LinkedIn Instagram Facebook YouTube - B2B focused Plan schedule and manage content using social media scheduling tools Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement Perform basic video editing and visual optimization for better content quality Support audience targeting and campaign execution for relevant industrial and B2B audiences Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting Stay updated with social media trends relevant to B2B and manufacturing industries Skills Hands-on experience with Canva Photoshop and basic video editing tools Understanding of Reels formats and social media best practices Knowledge of scheduling tools and analytics Ability to write clear qualified B2B captions Eye for design and visual consistency Qualification Bachelor s degree in any stream preffered in Mass Media Marketing Communication Graphic Design Preffered Engineer Experience Experience 1 to 2 yrs in B2B manufacturing industrial or rubber industry Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and industrial audiences Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
