Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Operations Backend Executive to support core banking operations The candidate will be responsible for processing banking transactions managing records and ensuring accuracy and compliance in backend banking procedures Key Responsibilities Process customer data applications and banking transactions in core systems Handle backend activities like account opening KYC verification fund transfers loan documentation etc Coordinate with internal departments like Sales Risk Compliance and Customer Service Ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction entries and documentation Follow up on discrepancies or missing information from customers or internal teams Maintain MIS reports and dashboards related to daily transactions Ensure compliance with RBI regulations company policies and data security norms Perform quality checks and reconcile transaction logs Support audits and regulatory checks with necessary documentation Escalate unresolved issues to higher management in a timely manner Required Skills Basic understanding of banking operations and financial processes Proficiency in MS Excel data entry and handling backend software CRM tools Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data Familiarity with KYC AML guidelines added advantage Qualifications Graduate in Commerce Business Administration or related field Prior experience in banking financial backend operations preferred Freshers with good analytical and documentation skills are welcome Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
