Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting buyers with properties building lasting client relationships and helping customers navigate the process of buying selling or renting real estate Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through networking marketing and referrals Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties Schedule property viewings and conduct site visits Negotiate deals and close sales Maintain a strong database of leads listings and client interactions Stay up to date with real estate market trends laws and developments Coordinate with legal financial and other professionals during the sale purchase process Prepare and manage sales documentation and agreements Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction Key Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach Valuable knowledge of the local property market Self-motivated organized and goal-oriented Tech-savvy CRM tools online listings real estate apps etc Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or Real Estate is a plus Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment 1-3 years preferred Valid real estate license or certification as per regional laws Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Other Requirements Must have a valid driver s license and access to a vehicle Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Experience Direct sales 2 years Preferred Language English Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
