JOB DESCRIPTION OF SITE ENGINEER CIVIL We are looking for a highly motivated Civil Engineer - Fresher to oversee the on-site implementation of work on Railway Civil Sites The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities ensuring adherence to design specifications quality standards and project timelines This role demands strong leadership on site technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including contractors labour teams and consultants Key Responsibilities Execute civil works at the site as per drawings specifications and project schedule Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure quality standards timelines and safety protocols are met Coordinate with contractors subcontractors vendors and project teams to ensure smooth execution Verify and ensure materials equipment and resources are available and used appropriately Inspect site works regularly to identify and resolve any technical issues or deviations Maintain daily site logs prepare progress reports and update management on project status Ensure compliance with approved design drawings and regulatory standards Assist in quantity estimation material planning and cost monitoring Liaise with architects consultants and clients during site visits and inspections Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental guidelines Coordinate with architects structural consultants and project managers for smooth execution of the project Manage site resources effectively including materials equipment and workforce Monitor project progress and prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on site activities Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies Resolve technical issues on-site in coordination with senior management Verify and approve site measurements bills and contractor payment Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering 0-1 years of site execution experience in civil construction projects residential commercial industrial or infrastructure Ability to work effectively in terms and take on leadership roles when needed Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirement and workplace Expertise in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings Ability and willingness to take roles and responsibility in remote and distinct locations Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Overnight Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
