Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive -Female to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads conducting research engaging with clients and converting opportunities into business This role requires strong communication research and client-handling skills with a focus on building lasting relationships and driving sales growth Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential leads through research and market analysis Conduct R D to evaluate and engage with prospective vendors Convert qualified leads into business opportunities through proactive engagement Gather client requirements by conducting detailed discussions and needs assessments Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls emails and virtual meetings Present and pitch relevant products and services to clients effectively Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery Maintain accurate records of leads interactions and sales activities using CRM tools Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field 1-2 years of experience in inside sales business development or lead generation freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to understand client requirements and present solutions convincingly Good research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and market trends Proficiency in MS Office prior exposure to CRM tools is a plus Target-driven self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Experience Inside sales 1 year Required Lead generation 1 year Required Work Location In person
