We are looking for a proactive and student-friendly Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students and their parents understand their goals and recommend the right programs The role involves handling enquiries coordinating admissions and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience Key Responsibilities Handle enquiries from students and parents through calls walk-ins emails and social media Counsel students and parents on courses career pathways and program structures Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions Maintain and update enquiry and admissions records Coordinate orientation onboarding and academic-related communication with students and parents Collaborate with academic and operations teams for smooth program delivery Participate in events workshops and outreach activities as required Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling or a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with students and parents Ability to understand individual student needs and provide appropriate guidance Good organisational and follow-up skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced student-focused environment Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an added advantage Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
