Job Purpose To monitor manage and maintain the CCTV surveillance system across the campus ensuring safety security and proper functioning of all surveillance equipment Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV footage regularly to detect and prevent suspicious activities Maintain and operate CCTV equipment ensuring cameras DVRs NVRs and related systems are functional at all times Coordinate with security staff for real-time reporting of incidents and necessary action Ensure proper recording storage and retrieval of surveillance data as per institutional guidelines Prepare daily weekly monthly reports on surveillance and submit to administration Assist in investigations by providing relevant footage when required Conduct periodic checks troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of CCTV systems Liaise with vendors technicians for repair upgrades or installation of new cameras and systems Ensure compliance with data security privacy policies and legal requirements Train and guide supporting staff if any in CCTV operations and monitoring procedures Qualifications Skills Graduate Diploma holder in IT Electronics or related field preferred Prior experience in CCTV monitoring security system management or related roles Technical knowledge of CCTV hardware networking DVR NVR systems and software Solid observation attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations Good communication and reporting skills Integrity confidentiality and sense of responsibility Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
