Job description About Soulbol Healthtech Pvt Ltd Soulbol Healthtech is a mission-driven mental wellness platform making high-quality mental health support accessible affordable and stigma-free We partner with experienced professionals to deliver teleconsultations online therapy and wellness sessions to individuals and organizations across India Role Overview We are seeking qualified consultant mental health professionals to provide teleconsultation and therapeutic services to Soulbol guests This role combines clinical expertise with adherence to the highest standards of confidentiality ethics and data protection Consultants will deliver services exclusively through the Soulbol platform under a revenue-sharing model Key Responsibilities Provide online mental health consultations therapy or wellness sessions to guests via the Soulbol platform Uphold all standards of patient confidentiality data privacy and ethical practice Maintain accurate session records and submit them for billing and quality purposes Participate in mandatory monday weekly operational meetings as scheduled by Soulbol Collaborate with the internal team to improve quality of service delivery Follow Soulbol s guidelines on guest communication and session protocols All guests served or introduced through Soulbol remain Soulbol s proprietary clients Qualifications Master s or Doctorate in Psychology Clinical Psychology Psychiatry Counseling or related fields Valid registration certification licensure where applicable Proven experience delivering therapy counseling or wellness services online or in person Strong commitment to confidentiality ethical standards and data protection laws including IT Rules 2011 and future data privacy regulations Excellent communication and digital literacy skills Engagement Model Revenue-sharing basis 70 to Consultant from teleconsultations 50 to Consultant from chats and inbound calls Guest Welcome Bonus Every new guest client enrolling on the Soulbol platform receives a one-time welcome bonus credit to experience the service This welcome bonus is a promotional initiative borne entirely by Soulbol It is neither chargeable to consultants nor payable to consultants Minimum commitment 3 hours per day with flexible scheduling Payment cycle 30 days post-invoice submission Key Compliance Requirements Adherence to the POSH Act 2019 and maintaining a safe respectful environment Compliance with Soulbol s service policies confidentiality clauses and intellectual property rights Ethical use of Soulbol s platform and systems What We Offer A purpose-driven platform focused on accessible mental healthcare Flexible work model with transparent revenue sharing Supportive team and ongoing operational assistance Opportunity to work with a diverse guest base while maintaining professional autonomy within Soulbol s guidelines Job Types Part-time Contractual Temporary Freelance Contract length 12 months Pay 12 000 00 - 12 001 00 per month Expected hours 21 per week Benefits Adaptable schedule Work from home Experience Mental Health Consulting 4 years Required Work Location Remote
