We are looking for a qualified and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our hospital team DGNM B Sc M Sc Nursing with valid registration Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with at least 3 - 5 years in a supervisory role Timing 9hrs Rotational shift Salary Rs 25000 - to Rs 35000 - Speak with the employer (phone hidden) Solid leadership communication and patient care management skills Supervise guide and support nursing staff in day-to-day clinical and administrative activities Ensure that nursing care is provided in compliance with hospital policies protocols and accreditation standards Plan allocate and monitor duty rosters leave schedules and manpower deployment Conduct regular rounds to ensure patient care infection control practices and proper documentation Address patient attendant concerns and escalate issues when necessary Provide training mentoring and performance feedback to nursing staff Monitor usage and availability of medical supplies equipment and ensure proper maintenance Enforce adherence to safety hygiene and ethical practices among staff Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for smooth patient care delivery Prepare and submit reports on nursing activities incidents and staff performance to higher management Handle emergencies efficiently and coordinate during critical situations Job Type Full time Work Location In person
