Responsibilities Support Project Managers in day-to-day project tracking and coordination Maintain Jira boards or project tracking tools update statuses document sprint progress and follow up on pending tasks Prepare project documentation such as MoMs status reports release notes and dashboards Coordinate internal meetings sprint planning reviews and retrospectives Assist in tracking timelines resource allocation and risks Follow up with team members to ensure task completion as per sprint goals Communicate minor updates and blockers to stakeholders escalating when needed Help ensure adherence to delivery processes and internal QA checkpoints Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role in a tech or digital environment Working knowledge of project management tools Jira Trello Asana ClickUp or equivalent Understanding of Agile Scrum processes and SDLC concepts Good written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail time management and follow-through Preferred- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Business or a related field Preferred- Certification or training in project management Scrum PMP or Agile foundations Preferred- Exposure to client interactions or offshore coordination Soft skills- Self-starter with a willingness to learn team player with valuable interpersonal skills organized and process-driven able to work under supervision and handle multiple tasks
