Job Title Academic counselor Job Summary A Tele caller in our institute is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to generate leads provide information about courses assist with admissions and follow up with prospective students and parents Key Responsibilities 1 Lead Generation Counselling Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents Provide information about courses admission procedures and fees Counsel students on choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals 2 Follow-ups Conversions Follow up on leads through calls emails and messages Encourage students to complete the admission process Maintain a database of inquiries and update their status regularly 3 Handling Inbound Calls Queries Answer inquiries related to courses fees scholarships and admission deadlines Guide students through the application and enrolment process 4 Target Achievement Reporting Achieve daily weekly monthly targets for calls and enrolments Prepare reports on call status student responses and conversions 5 Coordination Support Coordinate with the admissions team for updates on seat availability Assist in organizing online offline counselling sessions or webinars Skills Qualifications Graduation Excellent communication skills Basic computer knowledge MS Office Persuasive and convincing ability for student engagement Experience in telesales customer service or education co Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Language English Preferred Work Location In person
