Key Responsibilities Designation-HVAC Foreman Location-Abu Dhabi Supervise daily activities of HVAC technicians and helpers for installation maintenance and repair of HVAC systems including chillers AHUs FCUs split units package units ventilation fans and ducting Read and interpret HVAC drawings layouts schematics and manufacturer manuals to plan and execute work effectively Allocate tasks to team members ensuring optimal utilization of manpower tools and materials Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment ensuring correct alignment levelling and secure installation as per specifications Monitor maintenance activities including inspection troubleshooting filter replacement refrigerant charging leak testing and component replacement Ensure proper installation and insulation of ductwork piping and supports as per design standards Conduct site inspections to verify quality of work adherence to standards and compliance with safety requirements Coordinate with electrical mechanical and civil teams to ensure interface works are completed smoothly Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings enforcing proper use of PPE and adherence to site safety protocols Report any unsafe conditions incidents or equipment faults to supervisors immediately Prepare daily progress reports manpower reports and material requests as required Guide mentor and train HVAC technicians to enhance technical skills and safety awareness Job Type Full time Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
